Yr 8 Hockey vs Wells Blue
The year eight girls hockey team travelled by mini bus to Wells to play against Wells Blue. They played with enthusiasm and fitness levels were high, but the opposition was very strong and showed their experience on Astro Turf.
The final score was 7-1 to Wells Blue. The goal was scored by Maddy, who was nominated player of the team by captain Irvana .
Irvana was voted player of the match by the opposition after showing some very courageous defending.
It was good to see the girls play with such determination and they were a pleasure to work with .
