Year 8 Multicultural Meals
Over the course of this term pupils in DT Group B have been developing their knowledge and understanding of foods from different countries
and cultures around the world and learning to appreciate the diversity within it. Pupils value how international cuisines have influenced
meals cooked by families in today’s society.
Pupils have applied their learning by preparing and cooking recipes from a range of countries and cuisines, using typical ingredients,
equipment and culinary techniques. Recipes were modified where necessary to help families to maintain a healthy diet.
