U12 Girls Football - Somerset Cup Football

Our U12's girls were drawn Away to Somervale (Radstock) for the second round of the Somerset Cup. 

On the journey down to Somervale, the girls were very excited and couldn't wait to play this match.

Hugh Sexey's took the kick off and immediately started to cause problems for Somervale, as the girls were passing and moving the ball around the pitch superbly. 

All the goals then started to come in, and from then on we just kept putting the ball in the back of the net.  A truly superb start to the U12s Cup campaign; they all played as a team.  Huge credit  to the Somervale girls for never giving up.

Special mentions must go to our goal scorers, named below, who were on top shooting form and to Keepers Edie Pargeter and Aida Rothery for keeping a clean sheet.  Lastly Alice Steckler was a rock at the back putting in a brilliant defence display.
