Class 881/DF, 882/DF and 883/DF: Following on from our mind mapping of ideas lesson, use the PowerPoint presentation and websites listed within it to write a recipe for your chosen bake-off food product. Remember to include a list of equipment you will need to use, quantities of ingredients and a step-by-step method. This work can be completed on lined/plain A4 paper. Please bring this with you to your next lesson.
Class 884/DF and 885/DF: Conduct research by creating a mood board that will inspire the decoration and presentation of your baked food product. You can create your mood board in PowerPoint.
Secure (7.5-7.6) - You have selected a range of images that meet the brief and laid them out in a creative way.
Mastering (7.8-7.9) - You have annotated your chosen images, commenting on colour, texture, theme, ingredients used and presentation.
