Mental health and Wellbeing Challenge Day Nov 2023

On Thursday 9th November, 2023 Pupils at Hugh Sexey Church of England Middle School spent the whole day exploring their mental and emotional health and wellbeing.  Through a series of workshops and with the help of our many expert guests, the pupils were able to learn through active play, guided discovery and creative expression.  

The pupils had an absolutely wonderful day and have had a valuable opportunity to reflect on the importance of looking after their mental health and wellbeing as well as being signposted to reliable sources of support.
