Pastry Week for Year 8

This term Year 8 pupils have been learning about the function of ingredients used in savoury pastry making by cooking shortcrust pastry pasties, tomato and basil tarts and puff pastry sausage rolls. Pupils have also learnt how to design food products to meet the dietary requirements of their target client.
