Year 5 Healthy Eating in DT

Pupils in Year 5 DT have been developing their basic kitchen skills by making a variety of snacks to boost energy in the body such as energy boosting fruit salad and dark chocolate and fruit muffins. During each of the cooking lessons pupils learnt how to prepare foods safely. During theory lessons pupils have been learning about healthy eating linked to the Eatwell Guide.
