Year 8 Hugh Sexey Bake Off

Over the course of this term, Year 8 pupils in Group B have participated in the annual Hugh Sexey Bake Off. During the Bake-Off pupils were assessed on their hygiene and safety, organisation, preparation of ingredients, cooking and presentation skills. Once again pupils have excelled themselves with their high levels of technical baking skills, fantastic creativity and unique combination of flavours whilst creating their baked food product within the set time constraints. It was pleasure seeing pupils enjoying the subject and taking great pride in their work. Well done to all those involved! 

Next term, the DT department look forward to seeing the wonderful creations made by pupils in Group A.
