Before and After School Provision

‘Before and After School Provision’ is for the benefit of pupils attending Hugh Sexey Church of England Middle School ONLY.

Places in our school clubs are limited , it is the parent/carers responsibility to ensure bookings are made and paid for IN ADVANCE using www.parentpay.com. Whilst we try to accommodate late bookings, places are not guaranteed.

In the event of needing to book your child in to a club in an emergency, contact the Finance Office who will check availability and make a booking if space is available.

Childcare vouchers are accepted. If you wish to pay using this method, please contact the Finance Office for more information. Bookings must be paid for until we have received payment from your scheme.

There are NO discounts available for wraparound childcare provision – this includes sibling bookings.

Note, if there are insufficient funds in your account on the day of your booking 

ParentPay will automatically cancel your booking.

Any register printed will NOT include cancelled bookings.

If you cannot see the services in your ParentPay account, please contact the Finance Office to have your child added to the WRAP Around Care accounts.
