Les Monstres! Design Challenge

OBJECTIF: Today you are going to design your own monster! Oh là là!

TASK 1 : REGARDEZ et ÉCOUTEZ 

Watch the video and listen to the story. 

Can you work out what the monster is like? There are some new words here...

...look out for PATTES (PAWS!)

...and QUEUE (TAIL)

TASK 2: TRADUISEZ 

Use the writing frame below to translate these sentences into French. 

Remember that the colours go AFTER the body part!

1) He has one small blue nose.

2) She has four big green teeth.

3) He has three big yellow eyes.

4) She has nine small pink hands.

TASK 3: INVENTEZ!

Make up sentences using the writing frame above to describe your own monster! 

You can use the online dictionary wordereference.com to look up extra nouns and adjectives.

Here's a great example from Evie! 

 She's used lots of adjectives to describe her monsters - colours as well as sizes.

 She's also put the adjectives in the right places! 

 When you put more than one adjective after a noun, you can put et in between them.
