Duolingo is a world-renowned website for learning foreign languages. It is fun, colourful, and very self-explanatory. You can use it on any device.

Sign up and create an account, using your school email address, or a personal one.
It may send you emails to remind you to practise! You can turn these off in the settings.
It works best if you do 5-10 minutes a day over a long time.
You can choose whether to start as a 'beginner' or take a short placement test.
As you work through it, it will open up more and more topics.
