Dictionaries and Alphabetical Order

L'objectif: I can put words into alphabetical order.

Words in the dictionary are in alphabetical order.

To use a dictionary, you need to be able to order words alphabetically.

Some languages have different alphabet - here are the Arabic, Greek, Thai and Chinese alphabets!

Time to pick up a dictionary...

Look in the English section

- what is the first word starting with D?

- what is the last word starting with M?

Look in the French section:

- what is the first word starting with B?

- what is the last word starting with Z?

- which word comes after 'talon'?
