Breadmaking in Year 7

Year 7 Bread Unit

Over the course of this term pupils in DT group B have been developing their cultural awareness of breads from around the world and their knowledge and understanding of the function of ingredients used in bread and the process of bread making. Pupils have demonstrated excellent skill in kneading, shaping and proving bread dough.
