Dennis the Menace

The last game was against St Dunston's and after we had played so much football I was worried the players may be a bit tired both physically and mentally. I shouldn't have worried. It looked as if we were only warming up. The back 3 of Issac, Dylan and Riley installed confidence in the boys and allowed the likes of Dennis, Nathan, Ellis and Zack to stay high and wide. Dylan was playing some marvellous football and got rave reviews from the Crispin coach. Finally Dennis broke the deadlock after sustained pressure. With the players a little more relaxed we started to see more flow to the play with Will keeping things simple but moving the ball forward every time he had possession. Another goal quickly followed although the jury is still out as to who got the final touch.
