First School Football Festival

Our year eight sports leaders travelled to Wedmore Astro today to lead and referee the football festival for year four girls. It is a great venue and many thanks to Mr. Coggins for enabling us to use this facility. 

Teams present were Mark , Wedmore , Weare and Axbridge. The leaders coached and inspired and Noah, Jack, Zak , Sophia , Eliza and Grace took control of the refereeing. 

The girls playing really enjoyed the competition and there was some outstanding performances . The lionesses would be proud!
