First Schools' Football Festival

Thursday 23rd November

All six primary schools: Wedmore, East Brent, Axbridge, Mark, Weare, and Lympsham came to Hugh Sexey's for the annual football tournament. It was a very cold, wet, and dark night.

All six schools produced some great football skills on the day, it was a real pleasure to watch these youngsters playing, and to think they will be representing Hugh Sexey's in the future. Congratulations go to Wedmore for winning the cup.

The sports Leaders:Nathan Radford, George Moss, Sam Tucker, Eleni Krassos, Maisy Mitchell, Jack Boston, Ella Hodgson, Harriet Griffiths, Millie Thomas, Tyler Downie, and

Sergio Wadey were all superb, and kept the festival flowing nicely considering they didn't have time on their side as it got dark quickly. Well done guys, you were superb.
