Girls Under 13 Football

Congratulations to the girls under 13s football team. They defeated Kings College Taunton 2-1 in a pulsating game. The game was 0-0 at half time, with Abbie Jameson making a number of good saves. The Richards sisters had fine games and defended very well. In the second half Grace White and Zoe Collier exerted some control and two goals were scored by prolific striker Jess Walrund. Kings struck back with a goal from distance. Hugh Sexey kept their nerve and held out to book a place in the Somerset final.
