Hugh Sexey Remembers

On Thursday the 11th of November, the entire Hugh Sexey family paused to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice and gave their lives in war for our freedom and security.  Due to current COVID guidelines, we were unable to gather together outside for our traditional Service of Remembrance, so instead we all engaged in a pre-recorded assembly and service in our tutor rooms and work spaces.  If you wish to watch our service, you can find it here Service of Remembrance 2021.  This year we have also joined the national conversation facilitated by the Commonwealth War Grave Commission, who have asked what remembrance means to us.  We have made a collage of wreaths to demonstrate what we think #Remembrance is....

If you would like to be part of the national conversation and see what remembrance means to others, or to join in yourself, please visit CWGC Join in the conversation and leave your message.
