Somerset Inter-Area Cross Country Match

Following excellent performances during the Mendip Cross Country League, four runners from Years 5&6 were selected to represent Mendip in a Somerset inter-area cross country match.

Ruby, Charlie, Fynn and Lewis ran against the best of their age group from across the county at the event in the recreation ground in Yeovil.

Our runners were fantastic.  Ruby, Charlie and Lewis each finished in the top 12 (in the county!) and all four received gold medals as Mendip were the winning team in both the girls and boys races for Years 5&6.
