Under 11s football at Frome College.

On Thursday 7th November we took 15 Year 7 boys to Frome College for an Under 11’s Football competition.  The boys were split into two teams and played against Oakfield's A and B teams, Selwood and Kilmersdon schools.

Each team played 4 matches, and the points from each match where added together. The winning school at the end of the tournament would be representing  Somerset in the Under 11’s National School cup.

The two team captains, Harry and Dillion, organised the teams ensuring every boy knew his position and was able to take part and perform to the best of his ability. The top goal scorers of the day where Liam, Jacob, Archie and Fynn.

The Hugh Sexey B team came 3rd, and the Hugh Sexey A team came 1st. The deciding match was between our A and B teams, and was the most competitive of the afternoon.
